FarCry friendly url

hm... problems with friendly url not working. Well, from now on when I have problems with FarCry the first thing I'll do is to flush the cache from admin and update the app scope using ?updateapp=1 at the farcry login page.

FarCry Element MODE.BADMIN is undefined in REQUEST

sometimes even with a correct apps.cfm file, FarCry shows this error message. I think it might be due to the server not always returning cgi.server_name

try to fix by adding:

<cfset tempSN = '#cgi.server_name#'>

to \farcry\farcry_core\admin\Application.cfm somewhere at the top
